Psychotherapy is a journey of self-discovery, through which you uncover your true self and your strengths, reaching your “Ithaca” with a sense of calm and fulfillment for all that you have learned along the way.

Approach

  • As a counselling psychologist, I provide a secure and confidential setting where clients can openly express their concerns and emotions. With an atmosphere of acceptance and understanding, I offer individualized support and guidance, employing evidence-based psychological approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the principles of Positive Psychology.
  • My primary objective is to empower clients by helping them identify effective tools and strategies to address their challenges, fostering resilience and personal growth.
  • I specialize in supporting couples experiencing relationship challenges, helping them cultivate a more fulfilling and connected partnership.
  • For adults with ADHD, as well as parents of children with ADHD, I offer a tailored psychoeducational approach aimed at addressing and overcoming daily challenges. Throughout the year, I also facilitate experiential psychoeducational workshops designed specifically for parents and adults with ADHD.
  • Additionally, I provide counselling for individuals struggling with addictions, such as substance abuse or behavioral dependencies, empowering them to make healthier choices and take meaningful steps toward a more balanced life.
