Throughout the year, I also facilitate experiential psychoeducational workshops designed specifically for parents and adults with ADHD.
- Additionally, I provide counselling for individuals struggling with addictions, such as substance abuse or behavioral dependencies, empowering them to make healthier choices and take meaningful steps toward a more balanced life.
